Most rude staff in my life, i never come back in this hotel. They make bad my vacation

Worst hotel ever I have seen. All Receptionist behaviour is too worst. They didn't know how to deal with Guest or Employee. At first they give an advertisement on internet platform with a fixed shift and salary.After when arrived they told shift changed and salary also changed. No interview held just talked with staff who are in front office. They didn't know how a interview held and how to talk. Most fraudest hotel ever.

All good. Smooth checking and check out. Service is kinda slow. Decorative hotel good for couples Beds are good and clean toilets with some modern amenities. But lacks basics such as instant coffee sachet. Going to this place is quite hectic.

Worst ever experience with this hotel. Please don't checkin in this hotel. they will fraud you. Specially front desk staff. He don't know how to talk to people. He was too much rude. When we checkin he was told that the room price is Rs 2500 then after some discount he told the Rs 2000 for a day. Then I stayed for two days that means total amount is Rs 4000 for two days. Or when I checked out, he started saying Rs 4000 for a day and started shouting. I think he was drunken when we're checkin. At last, after a lot of debate, I finally paid Rs 8000 for two days.

I've never encountered a front desk staff this unqualified (especially the male receptionist who yell all the time). They made checking in a frustrating experience, and their lack of communication skills was evident. It felt like they were doing me a favor by renting a room. Unimpressed.

This is a fraud hotel.I hv never seen receptionist like him( a muslim guy Imran).He is alcoholic.. at the time of check in he told me charge of the room is 2500 and then at check out time he told me charge of the room is 4000 I hv to pay more money. And he don't know how to talk with guests he behaved with me like Gunda.plz don't visit this hotel they are cheater.

I have booked it because it shown as 3 star hotel in make my trip app. None of the 3 start fecilities are there in hotels No refreshments were give No cattle We were two guests, always only one towl is given When we gave lock for cleaning they dint change bed sheets, we had to explicitly ask No kichen, no proper room services It's just room nothing much. Very much over priced for the kind of fecility

Nice hygenic room. Best Hotel in Burra bazar area. Minus point no Food facility although they can provide from outside. Lastly they dont provide anycomplimentary Bislery bottles.
