Negative: One lady is reception is totally rude, doesn't have communication skills, the hotel owner is Fully business minded. While booking room mistakenly I press one person instead of two, and that room has two persons capacity. Upon seeking help from agoda, agoda ask me to reach them, when i called this lady gaga received my call, she said i have to pay 700 extra per person/night and such in rude way. I don't know how hotel owner has kept such unprofessional receptionist in the hotel. The hotel smells wines and smokes. Rooms are smalls and even after pressing non smoking room, they make you stay next to the room from where continuously noise and distrubance can be felt. No intention of helping, only intention of capturing money from coustomer. Avoid such hotels. Positive: others staffs are friendly, helpful, does often cleaning, good places to visit for party but not with family or business trips. Suggestion: if you have no option then only visit here. P.S: my review will be deleted or will say" your records is not there in our hotel"

Stayed here for interview at Taj Bengal. Rooms are clean and easy check in check out process. Recommended for everyone- solo, couples, family. Will visit again. Good hospitality.

Recently visited to this hotel. The experience was amazing! The staff behaviour was very good and the best part is the room quality was great, clean and organized. I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely visit this hotel next time again.

Pathetic experience... The room was ok but service was not good.... We have check in at 1 pm and we got water in the washrooms at 5:30 Pm.... Staffs behavior was not ok... . They didn't provide us room keys.... And at the time check out... They ask keys from us the blame us that we were lost the key.... And then they found the key... I don't know from where..... And they blamed me that I've put the key at washroom.... Literally.... I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact at time of check in I've waited more than 30 mins..... Their excuse was that rooms were over booked... But how is that possible.... I've booked it online a day before my visit.... How will the rooms were over booked......... Disgusting Experience...

The stay was great just like before, the room inside was way better than any other hotels I've visited, overall liked it.

The property is newly built so rooms are extremely fine, check-in was quick and the service was seamless. Only con I would mention is the food costs which are quite high, which should be lower considering they don't allow outside food.

Rooms are very small , not clean , cigarate smoke smell , overall we haven't satisfied with money we spend , quality we received. This hotel is not worth for money.
