Has been my permanent place to stay in whenever I visit the city. Very warm reception and hospitality, food options are fine. Although the service and food quality has dropped in recent months, but still quite decent. And the location is terrific.

A good Value for Money Hotel for a Solo Traveller with a Good Room Interior, Bathroom & Toilet. . Room Service is also available at a reasonable price but the service is a bit slow. . No Outside Food was allowed. However, this should be allowed. As it is the choice of customers from where they need to eat the food in their rooms. Such service is also available at many hotels for those who have their own restaurant.

Rooms were extremely small and unhygienic with pretty bad service staff. Firstly the rooms were small that you can't even put an extra bed I don't know why they sell it as three sharing. And yeah the rooms are so good that you can't even sleep because you can hear everything on the road at night. They literally don't believe in sound proofing the rooms. Secondly, the sheets, linen, towels all were mouldy and bad as if they don't clean it, even after multiple requests their service staff wasn't bothered to change and get clean sheets. Thirdly, the staff would knock on your dpor at random hours stating we got a call to give this or that and this happened at 1 am or at times like 3 am which was super odd because we didn't order anything at all. The only best thing about this hotel is the location because it's located in the heart of the city from where everything seems close and nearby if you want to explore the city. Otherwise please find something else.

5/5 Stars - Exceptional Service and Immaculate Rooms!* I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Avenue Hotel Ballaygung for 1 month, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles by the exceptional staff, particularly Bithi, Beauty, and Fatima, who made me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, ensuring my room was always clean and refreshed. What truly impressed me, however, was the outstanding service. Every request was attended to promptly, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Bithi, Beauty, and Fatima deserve special recognition for their exceptional hospitality. Their warm smiles and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.

I went with reviews what was posted. To my surprise it was nothing like that. The food was fine. But it wasn't as it in the reviews. The reception & lift was so smelly that I had to wear mask. I only liked the food & staff was polite.

We had stayed here for 23 days and found excellent services from reception, house keeping and room services etc. Room sizes was comfortable. It was superior deluxe room. Room environment and washroom was clean. All stuffs behavior was pretty good and professional. Overall experiences was awesome. We will definitely stay here again and recommending for all. Ms. Fatima at reception is quite responsive, prompt, courteous, and gets things done with the help of staff. Same is the case with another receptionist during day time. Staff is in general very professional & helpful Laundry rate list & bags can be provided in the room. Menu card of food items to be replaced with freshly printed ones. AC works, so is hot water facility. Billing is accurate. Overall a pleasant, value for money, stay in the central location.
