The hotel is in very old building. So it is little dirty. Service is good. If you are a muslim then the place is very suitable for you as here Nakhoda mosque is just the opposite side. It is a 2 hotel.

Rooms are clean and bathroom is very clean and suitable as it has both Indian and western toilet and separate compartment for bath. Only thing is missing i.e elevator. If you will stay in 1st floor then it's ok..

I stayed here for five days on my first visit to Kolkata. It's an old hotel in Kolkata and a budget hotel. Service wasn't up to the mark. It's a Muslim populated area. But it's better to say guest house rather than hotel. Because tourist without family normally preferred this house.
