All-Fresco Hotel Restaurant & Bar

Came to this so called 3- star hotel with friends and family (booked by our your agency) very horrible experience. Even though they say it's a NO SMOKING property, you can smell cigarette smoke literally every where even in inside the rooms. Toilets were not cleaned when they gave the room to us, water came black in color in between taking shower. Staffs are not properly trained and doesn't know how to do their job properly, NO professionalism. Almost every corner of the walls are having water and fungi marks. Food in the restaurant was limited but tasty. However, that was the tour agency "Nesta leisure, Adoor" responsible for food. Doesn't feel hygienic at all to stay here.

Rooms interior is awesome but there is no ventilation incase of any emergency. Only one way to enter and come out. No way for natural lights to enter the rooms due to it in complex. Apart from this, well located area, connectivity to the city and outskirts is good enough. Easy to locate the property, plenty of restaurants nearby and small eateries.

1. They have a hole right next to the spot lights in the room through which the room can be seen clearly. Not at all acceptable. 2. Rooms are having STAINS ALL OVER. door to door & wall to wall. 3. Didn't provided us dental kit which was available. Literally had to call twice for it.

Certainly not a place to go with family for dinner. Mainly middle aged people go to have a drink there and after getting drunk they start a brawl with the waiter / bar tenders. Food isn't very good either. Chicken drums of heaven was full of garlic. Chicken hakka noodles also didn't have that authentic Chinese taste nor did the mix fried rice have a good taste. Everything was average. Haven't been to lunch, they have an offer of 349 per person for unlimited buffet.

We came at the restaurant during lunch buffet hour for A-la-carte option. They never told it would be delayed as buffet is running. No one told these while ordering that it will take more than 50 min to serve a starter only. Food quality was as good as other common restaurant. Although I don't have problem with food, ambience and location of the restaurant but have objection on the service experience. If you don't bother or respect customer, then entire business goes for a toss.

Recently tried their 299/- unlimited Chinese buffet. I must say the quality and taste was really good. You will get 2 starters 1 Veg and 1 Non veg. For main course they have Noodles, Fried Rice along with 2 sides. we really enjoyed the buffet with some chilled beer. They are giving 40% off on their first beer.

We went to try their lunch buffet that priced 399+gst and went after the mentioned timing of starting the buffet but there was more than 60mins of waiting for the food to come. We sat there waiting for the food to be prepared and served. And also refilling was slow. No complaints on food quality, the food tasted really good but the bhvr of few staffs (not all) was really rude. First they made us wait and later were saying that we appeared early. The time was from 12pm, we went at 12:45pm-1pm.
