Calling it terrible --such a horrible hotel can only be found there. The room had stains from betel leaf and gutkha spit, along with cigarette ash. There was no room service, and the bed sheets were dirty. The hotel's dinner, which cost 200 ruppes for dal and rice, was of extremely poor quality.

Worst service, no cleaning, rude behaviour, Arbitrary pricing. Never recommend

The worst place to spend your holiday. I came to attend a wedding in Kolkata. Chose this place as it was close to the venue. I had the unfortunate opportunity to spend 3.5 days at this horrible place. On the day of check-in, the rooms were not yet ready. They gave 2 rooms at first without cleaning. The corridor was filled with plates with food waste lying on the floor, corridor not cleaned. Bedsheets were stinking, dirty with dirt patches all over. When asked to change, the guy at the reception sprayed room freshener on the bedsheet. Later at night, they provided a bedsheet with holes and when it was spread cockroaches came out of it. Pillows were dirty. The wardrobe and room was full of cockroaches. Doormats were full of dust and dirt. Bathrooms were the worst. The closet was never washed, had a black colour fungus-like thing inside the closet. The buckets and mugs were dirty. Mug was burnt with cigarette buds. The entire place was stinking of cigarettes. On the last day of checkout, we woke upto find that the shutters were closed in our floor and we were unable to open it. Waited for a long time to get it opened. The room boy was sleeping in one of the rooms in the same floor and he didn't wake up on time to open the shutters. If you're planning for an early checkout, don't opt for this hotel. The photos provided in Google must be taken when the place was inaugrated. I wanted to post pictures of the rooms, but never felt like taking one. Living in this place was a nightmare. It is a dirty place to stay. We had a booking of nearly 10 rooms. No efforts were taken to clean the rooms even after we complained. They're least bothered about cleaning.

It was a 11nights stay and i really liked the service and rooms.

The infrastructure is not worth Rs 1500/- per day. Rooms stink of cigarettes, washrooms stink like public toilets, bedsheets have stains, pillows stink, blankets are like rugs, room service is a joke, water bottles are charged Rs 50/- per litre. Upon asking about the stinky room they say it's Kolkata and everyone smokes here. They even advised me to try smoking, it relieves the stress they say. So what about any stress from passive smoking, what about my uneasiness around pungent smells?? I am paying for the room but not for the complimentary smell, unhygienic rooms and dissatisfaction. I felt cheated.

There is no Hotel in this location. I request Google personal to verify the same. I booked through Goibibo, came here and found no hotel. The mobile number provided by Goibibo is not working. The nereby people don't have any idea about any hotel there. This is totally a fraud. I lost 3400.
