OYO 28439 Skylark Hotel

Rooms are small, and not very clean. And it's pricey for the rooms they provide. Bathrooms were not that clean as well. The place looks good from outside but dissapointing from inside. Good thing is the hotel staff and the owner behaved very professionallly

Most worthless place one can think of staying. Extremely unprofessional, No understanding towards hospitality service, Mr. Pramanik and its reception staff along with all the staffs in the hotel very unprofessional actually a some one suddenly started to think he can run a hotel which is not his cup of tea. Actually no star to be given, Oyo is cheating with its customers while taking this property under its name. Could not understand how come oyo is putting its valued customers in trap while even offering this hotel for booking on their websites and with other online partners. Be careful and do not even think of booking this particular hotel and also inform all that no one should even think booking this property as even a last option. Do not get fooled by the pictures what they have provided on internet.||||A hotel which runs on its wims and own set views and only interested how to takee out money from any ones pocket.||||A free advice to the actual owner of the property, the person who built this hotel had great taste but gave it in improper hands which will only ruin the name.||||A gental note to OYO please stop promoting such properties on your website as well through y our other online partners as this will only provide customers greviences.

Denied our booking and did not let us stay as they said OYO hasn't paid them so they are not letting guests stay who booked rooms via OYO. Ridiculous experience. Inconsiderate behavior from both the hotel and OYO. Do you think this review will help you fetch good customers? I don't think so. So you need to back your game up. Been 2 months but can't forget the horrible experience. Shame on the services!

Ambience is good but Maintenance is really very poor.. Approx 1 km from DH station... Electric supply goes off very often

Located beside Diamond Harbour Road and away from Railway station. The Rooms are mediocre. Value for money is mediocre. The overall decoration and service is needed to be improved.

This is one of the pathetic hotels I have ever stayed in my life. Rooms are in pretty bad condition and even service is pathetic. Food is very bad..

Every service Have a extra charge don't go poor service & costly
