Staff polite & cooperative Good parking facility Neat and clean rooms Service needs some improvement

Amazing location in terms of connectivity. Room are very clean and we'll maintained. Management and service are a bit less trained but they try their best to be helpful. Overall had a good stay.

The room was clean and well maintained. The service was good. The staff's behaviour was good however there are not enough breakfast items available

Ill mannered and uneducated people seated at front office. They talk as if it's the only hotel in Kolkata. Anyways it was my mistake of booking a room here which I'll never repeat. Horrible experience. Car parking was a joke.

Have good rooms. The food is also very tasty. People can book it for small gatherings as there are two halls with kitchen and in total 36 rooms.
