Lake Land Guest House

When you look at the hotel picture on web, you will feel like having a lavish stay and comfort. However to the disappointment, the stay is located inside a street where vehicle passing is very limited and congested. No parking space available. The entrance of the building is pathetic and you will feel like crawling through the small cave. However a positive star foe the staff service and attentiveness. They treat you with full capacity. You can place your food order from the hotel, they serve you at your door step. Not all hotel rooms were comfortable, I found one of the room having a craved shape and the cot is also adjusted accordingly. This makes very limited space to move inside. When we asked for wifi, they were wondering as if we asked something from mars. For each and everything, you need for Mr. MANAGER to come and issue your request. Very vaguely I have seen anywhere taking adhaar card for each person and taking photograph of each person, including kids. Mota moti ok stay, but not as comfortable as I would have expected.

This is the very worst place I must say. I don't know in which hotel , photo taking is mandatory for staying. I stay with my family and stuff is repeatedly coming and saying new things. Aadhar card is mandatory, it's ok. But in aadhar card self attested is mandatory I dnt know what is the rule behind that. Actually as per my concern in the past, there must be some FISHY things happen for which this kind of service is having.. Moreover it's a WORST PLACE for family

It is a decent and pretty neat and clean place to stay. Good hospitality and service, it is a bit inside from the main road and in a densely populated residential area, but well connected with rickshaws and totos

Willing to stay for a night or two. Then this is the place to be. Not much far from the Airport. This guest house has rooms which are superbly equipped. The staffs are very well behaved and the owner is welcoming too. The rent of the rooms are reasonable and you can say this is a superb place to stay.

I stayed at this residential house converted to a guest house. The thing I liked the most is the generosity of the older gentle men managing this guest house. Apart from that the room was very basic with basic amenities..ac, small tv.. but the amenities are old..and needs an upgrade. The washroom needs a serious revamp. And the complementary drinkingwater also . It tastes akward. The manager was annoying. You can find better accomodation in kolkata at this cost.

Small room, staffs are nice. Breakfast is also nice. Location is walkable diatance from jaya cinema. Good budget hotel. Need to change the bedsheet and towel regularly. Booking online is the best option as rack rate is high.

It's a guest house with 3-4 rooms. Rooms are clean spacious. Staff of the guest house are very polite n good behaviour, location is also quite good. Price is also reasonable u can book through goibibo. I had booked for 850.

Wash basin inside room Ceiling height 6 feet, it's basically a mezzanine floor with iron stairs. Service and staff is very good two star only for the staff
