Property needs better maintenance, particularly the lawn area. Playing DJ should not be allowed. Only small sound box in low volume is acceptable. Proper ambience is vital.

Nice place for weekend tours with family or friends. Very serene and peaceful atmosphere.

It is located on the banks of the Hoogly river. The area is purely calm. All the rooms are river faced. There are some fun and playing activities for kinds and lots of sitting arrangements are there. It is ideal for picnic, parties, get togethers and also for the official tours or functions. Kitchens are made in a segregated manner with brick wall partition. Especially in winter the gathering is more for having the mesmerising view of the river. It is around 19km from Taratala crossing and almost 24km from Esplanade.

The picnic spot is situated just beside river Ganga at Budge Budge. Its very old. The washrooms are not good, these are all traditional style. There are no commodes or urinal which makes it difficult to keep proper hygene. They should upgrade to basic cleanliness first, and there are lots of used plastic packets, papers etc are found scattered on the riverside which doesn't look good at all. The owner should atleast take care of these basic things first.

Very nice place beside river Ganges. From budge budge you have to take bus or auto to reach here. It is not so crowdy like other tourist spots. If you like to spend a day by river, ride boat then it is nice. It is very suitable for picnic party at winter,several rooms inside, and garden. Some tea and food stall are available outside but not high standard. There is a Chinese monastery and many brick fields. Move and enjoy.

Very good place by the ganges for picnics and day-outs. The lawn is great but the building is not well maintained. Could have been much better if was properly maintained. Reaching the place from Kolkata will take around 1:30-2:00 hrs and the road is not that great either. But the view of the ganges from the sprawling lawn was too good.

A nice guest house located at the banks of Ganges, if you're coming via local train then get down at BUDGE BUDGE railway station and take a rickshaw to reach this place. Facilities are limited due to less number of staffs and you won't get any amenities!

Good for a secret hideout, riverside view. But interior though nothing lavish everything required can be arranged. Goo river view however not when its dry season
