SPOT ON BN PALACE

Worst service ever. I booked this hotel for my family. Even after paying the whole booking amount in advance they didn't allowed my family to checkin. Would request others not to book in this hotel. Even the Oyo operations team called the hotel management end number of times to provide my family atleast one room still they didn't allowed us to checkin. Staff behaviour is very bad. Especially the manager of the hotel.. When I asked for refund of my booking amount they started abusing me and stopped receiving my calls. Since there is no option to attach images in the reviews section, thats why I am not able to update the bills and their conversation's. Will go to consumer forum for justice.

Warning: Avoid This Place! I strongly advise everyone, especially couples, not to visit this property. The staff is extremely unprofessional and the environment does not feel safe at all. The rooms are in terrible condition -- far from what's promised or expected. For your comfort and safety, please choose a better alternative.

My experience,The room was big but the washroom was full of water. The room was not clean well. I didn't get extra towels. There was no soap either. But it's okay for a new property. I hope everything will be fine from now on.

Everything is Very good(rooms,location, staff,check in,check out). But l have a complaint against the hotel for chek out. when i check out, the time was 11:02 am and they asking me for a fine for late check out. Although it's (between 11 am to 1 pm check out) complimentary everywhere.

This is new property and favorable place for staying and their rate is very cheap . I never expected in this low budget I get a beautiful room and their Room pic are real so I recommend for you to go with this don't hesitate to Book .

Off beat place , nice clean and spacious rooms , this is a new hotel so price is less for now

Very good new rooms with good fresh air flow. Best place for friends and travellers

Room was perfect in all the ways except one thing, soap or handwash which was not there in toilet.
