OYO Hotel Jagannath International Near Kolkata Airport

Remote control of AC is not working...They set 19 degree which is too cold...A bad smells was there in the room.While ask for room freshner, they did not respond. I reached at 11 am and they charged Rs 299/- for early check -in whereas they told us to come at 11 am and they will provide room.

Totally disgusting hotel..bathroom lock was broken.when I went to them and asked them to repair it they were totally ignoring me and didnot repaired it.atlast I somehow managed to close the door.staff behaviour totally bad

Very bad experience......... Room ka halat dekh ke Hum sath hie sath room se check out kar liya but OYO se mera two days ka booking amount vapas nhi mila if anyone book hotel by OYO online service then I suggest you don't payment before check the room quality.....Very bad service by OYO

Small rooms wd only approx 3.5/5 feet bathroom. location is soso near to airport and good for those who have early morning flights and need to stay near airport. Only on biriyani shop is there.

Maintenance of room is very very poor... When heavy vehicle passes on road... One will feel high vibrations. Never book from OYO ....they are trying to unwelcome Oyo customers... So many good hotels at reasonable rate available in nearby localities... Keep it as the last option only... Most of the staffs are good but one staff behaving in a very unprofessional way....

Room was avarage... But toilet was not clean at all.... Even water got logged & creating a foul smell....they even didn't clean probably after someone's checkout & gave the room to us.... The only advantage you can get airport is very close.... Otherwise foods are overpriced here & hygiene not maintained also properly

Room was denied even after booking online. I travelled all the way to hotel after doing online reservation but staff there was highly unprofessional and denied room availability. As per them rooms were not available. And atleast ask your reception guy to wear a shirt while on duty , he was sitting there in vest. I wish I would have an option of rating negative
