This hotel service is horrible,, service, food, room it's totally unexpected.. Bathroom is smells.Door not locked properly.food was like begger. Never ever seen this type of hotel and service. But it's true that AC without remote and wifi only working. Ac without remote temperature 16 but feel like 26

Rooms are dirty and after billing no cancellation is available. Very bad experience.

Hotel will not accept online booking with any apps... They will charge extra amount for any services they provide. Worst experience ever. Recommend not to check in narayanan hotel.

This is not the first time that I was staying with oyo. The the people at the hotel they charge me for extra 1000 rupee without any reason. Ritesh Agarwal. Oyo team Really a pathetic way to deal with the guest.

Very dirty n owner was so rude. They will charge extra money in everything in the name of GST. For online booking discount also they will charge the remaining amount in the hotel..

Our stay at Hotel Narayanan was terrible. we booked online throgh Make my trip app & paid for our booking online, but upon arrival, the receptionist (Name-Anupam) claimed there was no record of it in their system. He also says that why are you book online. After a heated discussion and threatening to call the police, he finally admitted his mistake and apologized for the inconvenience. The room we were given had an air conditioner that was not cooling properly and leaking water on bed. It was a horrific experience overall, and we felt cheated as outsiders. We highly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Please think twice before booking here. We also request kindly Black list to this hotel on your online platform.

Very very very Bad... One of the worst systems here is that of taxi drivers.They consider themselves hotel owners.. Hotel Narayan is one of the most third class hotel systems I have ever seen. And another Jagannath International Hotel. Same owner Belongs. I warn you not to fall into the trap of these airport taxi drivers. Choose your own hotel.
