Golden Heaven Hotel and Restaurant

Pros: The person at reception is quite helpful and the location is quite near from airport. Cons: I stayed there for a night due to a late night flight. Room was bad compared to the price. It looks like the room hasn't been renovated since years. Moulds were in every wall. It was kind of same with the bathroom. Good that I didn't have to spend much time here. Food is not available at location. Water is not provided and you need to pay extra bucks for that. I would not choose to book it again.

I booked this hotel to spend a night to take early morning flight, I booked this hotel by finding in Google Map, tragically I took one and half hours to find the hotel. Actually the hotel is situated 1 km away from its location that we could see. I tried to contact several times, but they have put only booking desk number. Behavior of staff was okay. But their restaurant was not working, it is closed since CoVID as the staff told, I had to book food from Zomato. I got a very small room just 1 feet place was their after the bed. Roadside heavy vehicles were vibrating the building, couldn't sleep.

The hotel is next to the main road so anytime a heavy vehicle passes the building literally shakes. The room I was in was the dirtiest hotel room ever. The bedsheets were very dirty with some spots. The bathroom had no tissue. Overall my stay was ok. I had to stay for few hours so I managed. But if you plan to stay for more than a day please look elsewhere. Their food was better than the hotel looks.

They take high room rate only of location, facilities are not good. Washroom is not clean, U can't sleep at night here because of mosquitoes even liquid mosquito refill is not effective. And 2nd cause is when heavy vehicles cross, u will fill earthquake occur but reality is that it fills like that due to flyover is attached with tha wall of hotel... Restaurants hv good food, with best test.

My experience here wasn't very pleasing. My guest came to stay here. I order for coffee. They took almost 30 minutes to deliver the coffee and some light breakfast. There were no one in the lobby at that time. The room was very small. I am sure there was so many good restaurants than this one. The transport to different places was really tough cause its in the mid way of the Jessore Uber and Ola seemed to be the only option every time.

Don't stay here pl. Everything is dirty and wrong here. From reception to quality of food. Sizes of rooms are tiny. Bedsheets and pillows are dirty. The whole hotel shakes when heavy trucks and busses move on the road adjacent to it. The building shakes and so do the beds all night due to continuous traffic on the road. The only plus point is its proximity to the airport. Still it is not worth it. Trust me.

I would give lesser than One star if google allowed me to. Its a pathetic excuse for a hotel. Unclean rooms, Water dripping in the toilet and really congested space make the rooms literally inhospitable. But the biggest let down is the staff. They are curt, disrespectful and really do not care whether you are comfortable or not. By far the worst experience I have had. I am a backpacker so I have been places, but this one was a nightmare. Only thing I am glad was my stay was a short one. P.S: the menu card in my room had the word heaven scratched out and hell written next to it. So I am not the only one on this rant :)

This hotel is near to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport (CCU), Kolkata. Rooms are available in cheap price. Location is also very good. They are having own food facility but at higher price and they don't allow outside food. I had a lot of problem regarding this. Their food was spicy and they were not allowing outside food. I suggest at least allow outside food for senior citizens and childs. Overall good.
