Flagship Hotel Ariya International

This place is Horrible. It's not actually a hotel, a residential Complex at it's best. Stuffs are rude & impolite, even the lady over the reception had hitted me. I have complained to Goibibo against her but in vain. They denied our check in because they wanted RTPCR report (which was no where mentioned in the hotel policy that RTPCR is required) . They asked extra money to let us in & after getting that they provide us a room which was totally unclean, bedsheet was used by their previous guest/guests, so as pillow cover. In this pandemic situation they made us stay in such kind of room because I had made online full payment which is non refundable. And that's why they are playing such kind of game with their customer. Moreover though it is a couple friendly hotel they threat us to call the police because we asked them to show us where it is written that RTPCR is required ( we don't have any travel history). I suggest my co travellers never to book this hotel. Not only it is horrible, they charge overly.

Vrey worst hotel, very darty all over room, bed, furniture, bathroom. No more visit again, extra money taking receptionist Dr. madhumita for RTPCR, she making PCR on his lab might be,

Most third class hotel inside kolkata/howrah.. Asking local guest for rtpcr test.. Without rtpcr test they are asking 800 rs extra. Otherwise checkin denied. Reception staff extremely rude and impolite.

Very bad hotel. Don't stay here because they cheap they demand money for parking. Their staff behavior is to bad, and last but not least photo of the hotel is different. It's my personal suggestions please don't stay here.

Very very very bad behavior very dirty very miss behaving frauding & worst worthless experience I have faced, even their property owner behavior also very cruelly. Overall worthless chihhhh

Cheating management ,they don't have any good rooms ,they under construction and taking bookings . customer went means they tell something and get money in advance and cheat .very worst .very worst ..all person working there was cheater .. including a female staff very cheat .don't have any manace

I think it's not follow Oyo rules. It's only for showcase. No invoice provided by Hotel . This is totally third class service. Only a money taking business..
