Very bad receptionist behaviour...didnot allow one of my friends to check in...late at night..just because he happened to be a little frustrated with some college work. He was directly asked to leave...you are not allowed to enter the room(to observe the room) as he hasn't checked in. That means you can't decide upon seeing the room...only after checkin and full payment, room is opened and you are somewhat forced to stay as you have already checked in along with Full payment. Very upset from the service...not to provide towel for each member staying...asked to share them

Very nice and excellent services by all the management sercice people and staffs of the hotel. Fantastic hospitality and I recommend everyone who visits soodpur and surrender area may stay here. I personal experience is awesome.

The hotel is extremely overpriced. I took a single room that costed me around 1700 which is extremely overpriced compared to the size of room which I got .the tv was not working the wifi was not working and there was a. Water clogging issue in the washroom. Due to which the washroom was getting flooded everytime I was using it .Not recommended at all . They served a coffee in the morning which tasted like complan so bad that I could not finish it .

My experience in this hotel was worst. The behaviour of staff was really terrible they donot use appropriate language with the customers also the food was unhygienic and the rooms were not up to mark. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
