It was a nice experience. Staff was very cooperative. Rooms are small but good. Seems to be one of the best hotel in the area.

While the rooms are decent enough for a stay, I was disappointed to find that they didn't have an on-site restaurant. When I booked my room over the phone, I was told that the tariff included a complimentary breakfast. To my surprise, the breakfast was served in the room and consisted of a very basic spread of toast, butter, tea, or puri bhaji. This was a significant letdown, especially considering the price I paid for the room. If you're looking for a hotel with a wider range of amenities and a more satisfying breakfast experience, I would recommend exploring other options."

- Staff are supportive. - Rooms are good - Price is ok. - Should have different breakfast options everyday,all days they have same breakfast menu. - Housekeep staff need to be more proactive and need to keep ambience more clean, also lobby dont have pleasant fragnance.

Room need ventilation. Excellent place to stay of your work is in north Kolkata.

Room quality very good. All Staff are very helpful. Suitable for family and corporate guest. Unmarried couple are not allowed.

This shall be one of my most favorite hotels to visit be it for a weekend or celebration getaway or buffets. The staffs are very humble and welcoming and it's always a delight to stay with them. Food was no doubt excellent. The rooms are spacious and airy with comfortable and modern interiors. Staffs are extremely helpful and happy to assist all its guests which is a big plus. Looking forward to visit again soon.

I was planning for a family function where I wanted to book few rooms for few days. This hotel being nearby my place I called to enquire about the availability and tarrif. The lady who answered the phn said "the booking diary is not with me now either call one or two days later or look for other places(in a very rude manner)". I would like to thank her for making me understand beforehand that I should not be booking this place else I might come across more morons like her there.

Location is super convenient. Rooms are pretty big, however cleanliness of the room was not as desired, floor was clean but the corners were full of dust and cobwebs. There was dust on top of furniture as well. Equipments are not well maintained. Also, their website is misleading, they don't have any gym! It has a potential to become a better hotel with adequate maintenance.
