Such a idiotic staff and pathetic hotel. Made me wait for 30mins that rooms are to be cleaned and then said it'll take another one hour. When I said I'll go he waved at me in a humorous way. Poor customer management. Not recommended at all. Avoid this hotel at any cost. Horrible experience!

Very good behaviour of staff and good quality tasty food served. Really enjoyed.

The food in the restaurant is OKAY but today the chicken was very hard and very difficult to eat. It was hard to chew on it and our mouth was cut and our teeth were hurt after eating it. The staff ,one of them ,was extremely disrespectful at the end, to the point of us being personally offended. The place and the floor is not much clean and some of the ACs were literally not working and the fans were not on either.The other day the chicken was too salty, to the point that just like today we were able to finish the food. They even demanded money and reviews did not request it. Even took, I mean ,they always take extra five rupees for water. In my opion quite bad service.

Good food and staff behavior is very welcoming.

I visited this hotel with my family and tasted lunch and dinner. So tasty food I enjoyed very much
