Super OYO Flagship Hotel Galaxy

Very very poor service. Uncleaned rooms,bed bugs,no room services. Had to wait 2.5 hours to get a bottle of water. Food was horrible. Rude staffs. Didn't even provide clean bedsheets or blanket. And random hotel staffs tried to get into the room without knocking and if u don't lock it from inside they will come.

Room beds have bugs all over, service is very bad they think customers are cheaters. They forcefully asked us to pay service charges which we are not bound to pay as per the government rules. Also communication is very bad. Rooms were not clean, unexpected products all over the corners of the room. Overall it's a no no...personally i do not recommend at all.

Value for money. Heritage views is the thing that attracted me towards it. The bill was totally compliantary by the hotel's side Thank you for the stay Hoping to visit soon ... Thank again

One of the worst oyo hotels, this is the second time i booked from Oyo and again i had to pay an extra 150 rupees. As they were not happy with the rate given by oyo. On arriving there when i asked the person sitting at the reception about my booking, he said you have to pay 150 bucks extra, on asking why do I have to pay an extra amount, he got furious and replied rudely cause my owners are not happy with the rate provided by the oyo. Then comes the review of the room, as you can see the cupboard in the room was broken, its door was kept aside, even the comode was broken, the tap with basin was broken, no blanet or extra sheets were provided, even the bed sheet was full of holes, complimentary soap or anything was provided, tv was not working. In short this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life that too after providing an amount of 1000 rupees.

Receptionist Mr. Arun Kumar Yadav is totally corrupted while paying Hotel's upi I'd he didn't agreed and he takes my payment on his personal UPI I'd on 6th July 2023 @ 7.37 PM ( Cash 1100 + 20 UPI) I was requested to pay on Hotels upi but he refused the same and taken cash. Moreover Hotel Bed sheets was totally dirty for reference photo attached.

First of all they charge you with extra money. Then when I asked for a GST bill they gave you the same normal bill (adding GST amount to it) without even mentioning name of your company and all. On top of that they say this is the bill that they offer The location to the hotel us excellent and the food was good as well but the way they are managing it is worst

I had very worst experience in this. I have booked through OYO for 5 nights and In OYO they have given me price of rs 1200 per night, But when I reached hotel, they denied to give room and charged rs. 1500 per night. The room was not at all value for money. the blankets, pillows and Towels are were dirty and asked them change everything but then also they have provided me the same thing. Attached the pics for reference. No complementary breakfast, No food available.
