HOTEL ROYAL PALACE - Kalyani

Got ac room for 1300. Receptionist is rude and a shallow person. Room service is extremely bad. My bed was so dirty that it was unusable when I got the room , asked them to clean it at least 3 times, after waiting for hours finally they sent one guy at night who shamelessly said "all rooms are like this only here". The only plus point is the location, it's very close to kalyani railway station. Overall it's not worth the price.

Though the location is very good (adjacent to Kalyani Railway Station) but it's the worst hotel to stay. Room: Dirty bedsheet, no STB for TV (thus, TV not working), intercom out of order, cleaning service not available. Only a small soap will be given as complementary, no shampoo or other toiletry. Service: You can take alcohol in the room if you pay a tip to service personnel. Otherwise they will claim Rs.100 to give permission. But you can't see any notice that alcohol is prohibited in the room. In case of online bill payment, the will charge extra. Food: Not so good, not so bad type.

Pretty Good experience overall. Nice room with all basic amenities including a toilet footwear, which is a nice addition. The AC works pretty well. The rooms are quite well too since there are as a party going on the first floor hall and Al's not negligible disturbance in our third floor room. No complains regarding the service. Polite and helpful staff. The restaurant associated with the hotel too served good tasty hot food. Furthermore breakfast is complementary and they even accommodated an early breakfast for us since we had to leave a little early. They just what we wanted for breakfast in the night earlier itself. Pretty good. Would surely recommend to everyone.

Nothing is bad here except the food quality they delivered us in Lunch. I'd suggest you to bring or eat in restaurant.

One think is very remarkable which so much pinch me that the water price is mrp 20 rs per bottle but they price it 25 per bottle. Why this discrimination? There is no answer to hotel manager. Any way this is very wrong thing. For prove I attach bill also.

Hotel near kalyani railway station. Budget friendly. Food quality is good. Staff behaviour is also good. Cleanliness is required more. Overall a good hotel.

Customer service is very bad in this hotel, we booked this hotel for my brother's wedding and we suffered so much. Please don't go for this hotel, food quality was also very bad.
