I booked two rooms at this hotel for two nights, along with my aged parents for pilgrimage in recent past.The OYO reviews and 4.5 ratings are a scam for just Rs 100/- as OYO filters out negative reviews ,which people should experience it for themselves, if they opt for this hotel, hence writing my review here. This hotel is hardly 300 metres away from a revered place like Belur Math is nothing more than a couple's den like a brothel. I didn't see a single family check-in. The hotel reception remains mostly empty with no professional receptionist, since they claim it to be a 3-star hotel.Bulshit. Hotel charged me 700/- extra, since OYO took 30% prepaid non refundable booking amount.So no Option but to pay extra. Hotel guys said they will send me the GST bill via Email at check out but didn't provide me a Bill even after many days. Rooms are shabby with damp,swollen walls,bathroom locks half broken, room mini fridge didn't work,TV for the elderly didnt work,wardrobes filled with dust. Its not at all worth the high tariff they charged and in house food prices are exorbitant,given the hotel standard. Please beware and don't go by swanky DSLR photos posted on Google or on OYO app. Thanks.

Old Rooms . Quality of rooms not as expected . The bathroom was not good . This is expensive for the price paid . Definitely not a good room .

This hotel is located nearby Ramkrishna math in belur or famously known as Belurmath , situated exactly at GT road so its hard to miss the Hotel. All kind of communication are available from . food options nearby are limited and scattered though no idea about inhouse kitchen.

I stayed here many times and experience is really nice to stay there,just Want to say one thing that some rooms I stayed sometimes are can be more clean.other than nothing is there to complaint for.

Very bad, they charge extra money, say they don't accept bookings through OYO or other app. Never book in this hotel if you want confirm bookings. OYO confirm booking is not valid here, they say. Take hotel little far away but don't book in this hotel, you would regret.

"Collection o 76314 de sivalika boutique" #MY REVIEW oyo property ask for extra money 1200 more and after I call Oyo customer care they didn't help us worst hotel and Oyo customer care service when I go for check in property owner ask how much I paid for booking I said 879 rupee after that manager said to me my hotel room's minimum tariff is 2000 and told me call the customer care. This is a trap property manager told me it is faulty of Oyo. when I call to customer care they hold me 1 hour behalf the name of helping i totally frustrated and at last they told me to shift in new hotel room's and addresses me for new hotel which is far away form my location very Remote area i can't understand what the f**k is that . Is the way Oyo customer care solving problems ? never believe in Oyo room otherwise your family gonaa be stuck in new city. Very very bad experience...I had my guests who were facing great trouble...I was literally embarrassed in front of them....The boys in reception was very very rude and unprofessional..They should be rusticated immediately....shame on the staff ...I will never suggest anyone about this hotel
