A very Small Hotel on Andul Road near to botanical garden, housing only 10 small rooms. The rooms are clean. Reception miniscule.. Budget, lodge type hotel Food no service even morning tea. Service poor Cleanliness is pathetic..my room was full of dirt ..had to beg to clean Hotel has no food service or nearby eatery Hotel doors are closed by 11 pm, with no service staff to handle..you are at the mercy of residents on 2nd floor...gates open at 7am What made me pissed off is you have to settle payments every day in advance.... Good for hourly stay Staff is rude... Cons : near to road so quite noisy.

Worst Room ... Demanded and looted 3500 Rs extra although amount was fully paid online.. Receptionist was pathetic.. We required the room and thereby we didn't have any other option but to fulfill his demands owing to marriage occasion.. Hotel should be closed completely...
