The amenities (such as satellite/cable TV, coffee/tea maker, hair drier) as shown in website at the time of booking were not provided. The room provided to me was near to lift and hence crowded and noisy. A smart TV was provided in the room but wifi was not working. The room and bathroom were not clean at the time of check-in but later cleaned on request. It is located in the middle of a commercial mall with a pizza outlet on the floor and hence the rooms are nit secluded and raises security concerns. But the staff/manager was polite and helpful.

Very bad behaviour from staff. They constantly disturb you for checkout.

You can book this place even you are in emergency.. worst place to be, worst staff no helping sense nor they have any intent to help. Overly priced, they charged us 1800rs I don't think they deserve 500rs also Aisa places Liluah and Howrah ka naam kharab krte hai Worst experience

Very dirty rooms and bathroom, even the receptionist behaviour is very bad. Mostly used for per hour services. Not suitable for families.

Best place if you are looking for a hotel to stay one night or more than that then this place is best and on affordable price

No windows no ventilators in the room because of which the room and its bedsheets and all were stinking and dirty too and dirty bathroom..
