OYO 15966 Hotel Shivam

Dirty and poorly maintained facilities Unclean sheets and pillowcases Absence of basic amenities like toilet paper, soap, and towels Dirty rooms and bathrooms Staff behaviour is so reudely Telephone , TV ,geyser also not working.

The rooms are old, modified rooms, with terrible lift facilities. The bathroom is more terrible with unclean buckets and mugs The price of the room are not fixed and its prices are up to the mood of the reception. One plus point they have is only with the food which were very tasty.

Hotel required regular maintenance and replacement of old tap, tiles, electrical switches, clothes etc.

Room not spacious but perfect Food Nice Walking distance from Howrah station You may book taxi also Prime location Lift facility 7th floor Hotel Staffs are polite helpful

I suggest to all... Dont book this hotel...high room tarriff and Rooms are very dirty... I booked this hotel room for 3 days but i checked out next day... I feel this hotel like a 'Chaddar badlu hotel' at red light area.... Dont book this hotel.. its a waste of money

The worst ever hotel I have visited so far. They charge for everything but didn't give. At first we have made the bedsheets changed as room serviceman told it's completely washed but there was a clear patch of curry. On two days of halt we had to change three rooms because of light, water issue. The bathroom was like sulabh sauchalay. No cleanliness, no water, very bad smell , no toilet fresher and not even phenyl used. The looking mirror was damp .The receptionist's behaviour was very rude. I would recommend all never go there.

I have stayed both on the 2nd floor and 8th floor rooms which are better than other floor rooms. These rooms have recently been renovated and are much comfortable and clean. This hotel is run by the owner/staff so please don't expect too much professionalism from them but if you are looking for short stay near Howrah Railway Station then this is a good choice. Although some may feel that direct reservations with hotel is expensive rather than web bookings, you are right !||||Hotel usually doesn't have cancellation refund policy, so please plan accordingly. The service and food is average.

Room costs are reasonable they provide nice room with attached bath but room service is the worst ,no waiter would show up even if you press the bell ,i had to eat food from outsideof the hotel ,landline doesn't work ,restaurant is not suitable for kids as liquor counter and food court is yet to be differentiated.
