We booked Tulip Inn for a marrige ceremony for the day (22th April 2022). We reached there at 8 am. Our guests from bride groom side reached around 8.15am, no room/hall were ready to invite them. Again our family members started reaching there, even a cup of tea was available till 10. Kids were hungry, but break fast made available at 10.30am after repeated requests and hot dialogue exchange. Staffs/manager were not available and they were trying to escape somehow. At around 12.30pm there was a power cut, we were waiting generator to start, but it didn't. We called manager after 15min and he replied, he is outside and would look into it. Nothing happened, untill power supply restored after 45 min. So, hope they don't have any power backup system. At night also, foods (specially mutton curry) were served cold, taste less, and not sufficient. As the marriage timing (lagna) was late, the ceremony ended late night. There was no one to serve any food to bride and bridegroom and some of the family members from both side who were not taken their dinner till then. We need make our own arrangements for them. Overall experience is very bad, not worthy of Rs 1400 per head, and I would not suggest any one to go with them. Even at morning their guests of previous night were discribing their similar experience, but manager assured they would not leave any space for complaint. After all were experienced the same, so this we can conclude this what you can experience if your are going for booking TULIP INN.

We had the worst ever experience at this place. Went to so many oyo hotels before but this is the worst hotel one can. The hotel has "Couple friendly" written in the terms and conditions but the Manager behaved as if he has never seen a couple visiting a hotel before. The manager asked weird questions his gesture wasn't appreciable at all. Moreover he kept on harassing for every single thing. The hotel staffs must learn some manners and etiquettes at first and then run a hotel.

I had been there for total of 5 days for my Sister's wedding. The location was damn prominent and the hotel was superb. Hotel owner along with hotel staff are very much caring and systematic. The food served there was very ultimate tasty and very much homely.. they served 5 types of absolute delicacies of Kolkata fish. Starting with Hilsha, bhetki, pabda, katla and prawn. It was like you name it and they served it. The food was absolute delicious and quantity was more than satisfying. A must visit hotel for any kind of wedding or other auspicious occasion. Must recommend.

On our way to Ernakulam,as our train was cancelled, we were forced to stay in Tulip Inn. From the outside looks, we felt that it will not be that good but when we got into the hotel and our alloted room, we found that the interiors were well maintained,clean and luxurious. The waiter too helped us a lot with our luggage both during check-in and check-out.

Own nit maintain this property for last 12 years atleast.Became slam right now. But one of old staff behavior very good.

Food was ok. Service was slow. The place was desolate. Other amenities were ok. I wish the place was ab u t better. The location had so much potential. It can easily become one of my favorite places to eat. ||

Low category hotel with dance bar. Food prices are too high... Non hygienic Environment. You can't spend good time with your friend and family.... I hope The hotel owner is not a businessman...

The hotel was good for stay... Entrance to lift is not properly made... but rooms were very well maintained... clean toilets and nice garden view... I was there for my friend's wedding and just stayed for a day...
