Hotel O Arati House

This hotel is the best place to stay in liluah. The service here is extraordinary and the ambience is also too good. The best part of this hotel is that they provide home made food. You may visit Belur mathh by walking from this. Overall it is a must visit place.

Worst ever experience with this aarti house....Firstly all those who had given 5 star are purely nd purely paid ones...None of the review was true....we had a pathetic experience with this hotel....service is poor ...The guy at the reception ,he knows nothing....we have to say everything multiple times ,even them he won't understand a thing...There is no water in the washroom...everytime when we on the tap,there is no water,,,after a lott of struggle somehow got the water....The lady who is maintaining this aarti house is very rude,disrespectfull and what not...even using bad language towards customers.... We checkd in at 9:30 in the night,so we requested her that we check-out lately by 2:00 pm(original check out time was 11:00 am)she said we have to pay an extra amount of 500/- for the same...we said yes...2:05 pm the reception guy called and said that the time is over and to checkout..we said him yes!!jst 10 mins we will checkout as we are booking the cab....we cane out of the room by 2:15 pm....while we are giving him the said amount 500/- ,,he said that we have to pay 1000/-,,,for that extra 10 mins....is this a joke to them??? An extra amount of 500/- jst for 10 mins??? And he hadn't informed us earlier too....and he asked us to speak to that lady,,,over the phone she had spoken so rudely ,shouting and using bad language...we even said her that the guy hadn't informed us earlier regarding the extra amount....but still she kept on shouting....what kind of service is this,,,,????is this a way to loot money from customers???not having shame at all....even 5 star hotels will consider a min time of 10 to 15 mins...but this 1 star hotel people are charging an extra of 500/- for 10 mins!!! Worst,worst,worst ever experience...i request oyo to take strict action against them,..nd pls look in to all those paid reviews....customers are getting deceived by seeing those fake reviews and 5 star ratings.....

We had a wonderful experience staying 2 nights at this hotel. The host was so co-operative and well-behaved that we felt like our own home. The rooms and other amenities were superb. It is very near to Belur math and Dakshineshwar Temple.They also assisted us with the best idea of roaming around the city. The notable homely feeling was when they cooked dinner for my family as some of my family members were not comfortable with eating in non-veg restaurants. Overall, It is a good and affordable hotel with all required amenities.

Hospitality is too good, food is too good if you are planning with your family in a reasonable price, than this oyo is recommended.

This place is amazing for any small party or family function, I booked this place for all my guest who were in town for my wedding.

The most noticeable thing is that their behaviour, they are very friendly and helpful and clean. I had excellent experienced at OYO Arati House. God bless you and once again thank you for your super hospitality

Rooms untidy if you book through OYO. Beware, you will not get a refund on early check out. OYO will cheat you. I have had a very bad experience. The location is a horrible and dirty place. I am sorry to give such bad feedback. According to me don't choose OYO rooms. If urgent necessity book only for a night. Saftey wise, very bad. If with family never choose OYO. If you book through OYO, YOU WILL REPENT FOR IT.
