FabExpress Westin Palaza Hotel in Dankuni

This is horrible hotel to stay if you are here for business trip. See the images for the condition of the room that they charged Rs 1100 per day. The rooms are in a dilapidated condition. The walls and roof are soaking wet and covered with wallpaper to conceal the dampness. Geyser is non-functional though they offered to provide heating coil temporarily for bath water. There was no water supply in the hotel till 10 am the day we checked out. Receptionists are unhelpful and unprofessional as they failed to fix even a simple faulty bulb in the bathroom.

The most third class hotel I ever visit the ac not working the room condition is soo poor the place quite good the manager and staf behaviour is also good but the room and service are worst condition

Lift is not working. The metals have rusted in places.. room didn't have a lock but was safe. Walls were stained by previous visitors was not cleaned. AC was broken.

Worst place to spend one hour also So dirty So unhygienic No ac Television not working No wifi No parking Over priced acording to the condition of rooms and hotel All pictures was fraud No room is in gooc condition all are dirty like dog shelter Never go with your partner if you dont want to spoil your image i paid 1166 rupees And room was not worth 500 rupees I decided to change withing some time and they havnt check in in oyo aplication so i could not give any comments Very smart in this but cant spend any money on condition I am sharing pictures on condition of washroom and floor walls pathetic Highly not recommended bathroom flush and and jet gun not working

I stayed here on 2nd October and checked out on 3rd. My experience of staying here was very bad. The room was very dirty. The bedsheet, pillow and everything was dirty. There were a lot of cockroaches roaming around in the room. The bathroom door would not close. The food was also not very good.

The food was too dirty, the air conditioning of the room was not working, the bathroom shower flush was bad and the behaviour of the hotel staff was extremely bad.

Fab hotel cheating with customer showing wrong pic of rooms and facilities. Lift and AC doesn't work. But they changed full amount. No proper facilities are given.

Ok for Service & location. Washroom on worst conditions. No proper cleaning in washroom & room. But behaviour is proper of all staff. Food I didn't like at all. Check in & out could be more faster.
