Flagship Dolphin Hotel (rupam Guha Neogi)

First slaming Make my Trip for fooling the customer, getting a tag of oyo flagship to street side cheap Dhabha style hotels.

Oyo bookings are not honoured. They tried to give us a corner room as we had a long stay of around 12 days for hospital purpose. Why the corner room? Well read on. Walls are clean, room was big, ac was working good. Food is good. Reception guy was friendly. But this isn't a family hotel. Hourly customers come here for enjoyment. The hotel earns more from such hourly bookings so long stays aren't discounted. Loud music late at night. Lipstick smears with lip shapes on white pillow covers. We asked them to change those immediately. Curtains are full of lipstick marks. Also heard some lady moaning and having s*x when we were trying to rest in our room in the afternoon. The drain pipe of the sink inside the room opened on the bathroom floor. The 3 stars are only because the staff behaviour was good and the walls were clean despite what people do over there. Good place if you want to have fun for a few hours.

Manager of the hotel was very rude. The hotel got it's electricity off for one hour in early morning. Rooms were very bad. Bathrooms were disgusting. Don't go there.

It's a scam I have booked my room on Oyo on this hotel booking was confirmed but as I reached their.....the hotel said there is no rooms available... at last I have to book another hotel..to get my work ....it was worst experience..and Oyo also not helped me a lot...it's really a scam...

We booked our room via Oyo... But after reaching that place, receptionist told room isn't available.

Very bad behaviour and staff are very bad.All services are very bad. sorry for visiting.
