Oishi Plaza

We went in for a quick bite on the afternoon of 31-Dec-24. It was a little odd hour for their restaurant service probably, as we could see that cleaning was going on when we went in. Nevertheless, they welcomed us. The food was good in taste. They seemed all made afresh, which took a bit of time. Interior of the restaurant is simple looking. It is not a very large space. Food was good and quite reasonably priced. Would definitely go back again in future, if possible.

Good Facility, but terrible service. Improfessional Reception & Receptionist , Unable to control at all. Food Quality is Good, but irregularity of arround 75% of Menu card Items, Surprising. Minimum food reach time of 30 minutes. Good place, reaching locality, yet to reach Resort / Plaza Line by couple of yards. Yes, enjoying for short trip. Oh! Please dont mind Oishi have maintained a strong business of Mineral Water sell as they dont provide any Normal water or reluctant to provide so. If you stay here or think so you have to aware about complementary mandate in terms of Drinking Water/Room/Day. Thanks.

Everything about the place is pretty average. The customer service can be improved, and the place can be cleaned more thoroughly, including the bathrooms.

Food Quality & staff behaviour is very good

We dined out there and were thoroughly impressed. The staff was exceptionally kind, and the food tasted phenomenal. The restaurant's ambience was delightful, and I particularly appreciated its impeccable cleanliness. A top-notch dining experience that I highly recommend.

Some might say that there are not a lot of hotel options in the area, and that may be true, but regardless, this hotel has everything you need, and my Two-week stay was excellent. Service, overall, is great and especially the breakfast staff (with stars such as Prasanta, Subhodeep ) makes you feel right at home. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. It's easy to work as well as relax in the room.All the standard amenities are there. There is also plenty of bottled/filtered water provided which is much appreciated and the room safe is large enough to hold a standard laptop and accessories. Hope to visit again!

Non AC rooms do not have lift facility. Entrance of non AC rooms is in very bad shape.

The Worst food ever I ate in my life.....the price is too high and quantity and quality is very poor
