The hotel was not that great, but it was okay. The availability of hot water and room service was a plus. One good thing was that there were nice breakfast options nearby. The stars I have given should be enough to reflect my experience.

Never ever book this place, Beds are full of bed bugs, the owner does not take care of the guest. Regardless of endless complaining you dont get water in the hotel. Food service is next to zero. Owner is more busy in his tiny show outside and does not even bother to take care of the rooms in his own building. One thing was good though the staircase was really clean so clean that you can slip and die from it. Jokes apart not worth staying here even you get a chance to stay for free.

Claustrophobic people better not come here. Rooms are dirty as hell (literally). And a lot of dust and insects in the room and on the bed as well. The guy who is the owner is the worst hotel owner I have ever seen. Let alone hospitality they won't even talk to you properly.

Need to clean rooms..... vert dirty rooms...... not just paan spit but full of spider nets

Anyone who's coming to stay at IIT KGP during admission, it's pretty okay if you're willing to pay 300-400 rs daily to go to IIT kgp from here and back. But it's quite far from that location. The rooms are okay, because of no ventilation there might be a smell of humid in the room. The non acs are quite affordable. The pillows are not good as they are not soft but feel as if they are broken from inside in other words not comfortable. Bed sheets are okay. I would recommend bringing your own towels as their towels smell a little. And their extra "bedding" is not a bed at all it's just a very thick sheet of stuffed cotton which isn't as comfortable with the floor as with a bed. No geysers attached in the room you have to take the water from the common geyser attached to the corridor. So all in all if you're looking for a cheap option and are comfortable with being a bit uncomfortable then you can go for this lodge. The staff and their service was good and their behaviour was nice. Nobody was rude or mean.

Bad congested rooms.. Staff behavior and Mostly say owner behavior is also very very bad. If there is any option to give rating less than one I'll give -10000.... I have some communication gap with the reception at 10 pm owner came to me and seeking for rent.. And telling me you may leave the room if you don't like.. Damm man very very disrespectful words... Anyhow I'll will not recommend anybody to stay here. I also stayed here for emergency. Now I'll prefer to leave on street rather to stay in this hotel.

Great experience, polite staff, good prices, clean AC rooms. Having an edge of being located near IIT Kharagpur, it makes a good choice if one doesn't want to stay in IIT's guest house or incase that's full. Must visit
