I and my mom checked in today at 3.11 ( Swapnadip Banerjee and my mom Ms Bharati banerjee |I had informed reception that I had CABG open heart surgery on 24 March I need a room with balcony |She had provided us room no 206 as premium room charging 2800 per night|I am sharing some images which has been taken from my room balcony |Being a hotelier I would never have provided this type of room to guest |Please check the drain just opposite to my room|This treatment I got after explaining I had been gone through CABG or open heart surgery

Worst food. They make the same gravy for chicken , fish , egg and put them in what you order. Other foods also taste worse specially fish are kept in freezers for long you can make an idea from the taste . They donot even change the bedsheets if your are staying for long duration . Rooms are full of mosquitoes . Actually this hotel should be named " mosquitel " . No premises cleanliness

Really amazing experience, very cooperative staff and great sense of responsibility and posses Good etiquette...a must visit hotel for families. Made my sister's wedding really memorable

The manager, Miss. Nobomita was an amazing women i met in travelling and staying after so many hotel who has such warm gesture and behaviour towards guest. She treated us like family guest and has been always prompt with all the services. Very happy with the staff and amazing stay. Thankyou.

Nice and cordial staff... Decent ambience... Food was good in the restaurant

The food was decent and the service was good. The washroom was very untidy and was stinking as you open the door to access the wash basin. But the food was fresh and meat was cooked well. The parking space was very huge. I would certainly rate it a 3 star with reference to the above mentioned incidents.

Visited the place for a quick evening catchup with friends.. had a few drinks.. must say the service is bit slow and the food is average.. ordered nun and chicken bharta which was very sweet in taste and starters were good enough.. they have opened new bar recently but the service needs to catch up..

Food was good but on the expensive side. Not at all budget friendly. Single washroom to be used which is a downside
