Hotel Shaan- Best Hotel & Lounge in Kharagpur

I recently stayed at Hotel Shaan in Kharagpur and had an excellent experience. The hospitality at this hotel is truly remarkable - the staff are extremely courteous, attentive, and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and provide great comfort, all at very affordable prices, making it an excellent value for money. The location is another huge plus, as the hotel is situated right on the main road, offering easy access to the market and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a great stay with everything you could ask for - from convenience to comfort. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kharagpur!

Our usual party place in Kharagpur. Visited here numerous times. Even though the food and drinks are costly it is worth visiting this place. Food is awesome and the dj and dance floor is fantastic. It's a must visit place for party lovers and dance lovers.

My experience was not that good. Rooms are overpriced. Rooms could have been much better according to price. There are unnecessary extra charges for basic services like providing food in the room.

Rooms are big but not tidy with Lot of mosquitoes.However staff managed to get rid of .Food was good.No complimentary items available charged for water bottle also.

Simple : Bad hotel; horrible rooms and a management who is greedy. Update Sept 15: Thief has not refunded as yet. Just a pure cheat. Never book here!!! UPDATE: 25 AUG: DESPITE FOLLOWING UP FOR 15 DAYS NO REFUND; DO NOT PAY ANY ADVANCE TO THIS HOTEL WITHOUT PHYSICALLY SEEING THEIR ROOMS! the owner is the biggest cheat and is in the business of cheating people !!! The pictures and the "friends & relatives" reviews lead us to believe its a decent place and their online presence is the only way to book rooms. Charges 50% advance!!! Poor us decided to go ahead based on online scam that they run. Upon arrival; we found that the rooms are horrible; toilets have pan stains on them; room is infested with mosquitos; damp and dingy. We had no option but to hunt for another room at 10 pm in the night. From a health and safety perspective; it deserves to be shut down.. The owner sweet talked into yes we will refund after cutting 1 night change and never thereafter paid up. A complete loss and a cheat. Please AVOID this hotel at any cost. I am taking them to court. Dont be surprised if the hotel is shut down soon. UPDATE: 5 AUG: DESPITE FOLLOWING UP FOR 15 DAYS NO REFUND; DO NOT PAY ANY ADVANCE TO THIS HOTEL WITHOUT PHYSICALLY SEEING THEIR ROOMS!

A very nice place to hang out with friends! Service is also good here .
