Hotel Royal Green

It is a very good hotel at Jaldapara, by the side of Silliguri- Assam road. Very neat and clean, rooms are very spacious. Environment is easy eye-catching. They arrange foods on demand (taking special care for babies). Hotel staffs are very efficient; best of them is Mr. Swapan Mahanta, who is omnipresent with his ever smilling face, to satisfy all the needs of the residents with sincererity and effeciency. They have ample space for cooking who want to (for more than one group), outside the hotel building, (shown right side in the picture).

It is not recommended to bear lofty ideas regarding the quality and attributes of the hotel as the manager and officials are non cooperative and deceiving. Food values are very high in spite of having ordinary quality, and that coupled with the fact that they account for 10% or more taxes on every item from trivial to expensive dishes makes it really hard to keep in budget. Room quality is average but its maintenance is very poor- no television set , no curtains over windows ,lack of sufficient water in toilets are just a few instances. it is to be noted that the manager especially lacks professional courtesy.It is advised to rethink your staying in this hotel.

One the way to Imphal from Delhi via road.. we found a jem. It's a very good place to stay over night or just halt for quick bite. Food they served was very delicious. .. specially Dal Fry and Dal Tadka. .. along with steam rice and chapati. Service is very quick and prompt. Food was nicely cooked and well prepared and nicely presented. If following same track.... it's a must stay. It is a family restaurant. Fooding and lodging available here. Free wi fi in hotel. Best restaurant in madarihat area............ Come n visit. Chek out time is 10:00 am Check in time is 11:00 am

Very good experience . It was located near NH . Price of the room was buget-friendly. They have there own Restaurant also . We did our dinner in the garden that was very good experience .

Room condition is average but maintenance is very poor . television set without set top box , insufficient water in toilets, no curtains in windows. Food is extremely overpriced with 10% tax over even the most trivial item. Above all , managerial staff is extremely non cooperative , unresponsive ,non courteous , and lack professional courtesy. OVERALL A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE during the stay with family in December.

Nice restro cum hotel in Madarihat..Go for a long drive and get into the Hotel Royal green restro which has a nice hangout place.You can have your food in the garden area which is quite big and nice.Visit one while traveling towards Bhutan.

Food price is very high according to me.. 2parathas cost 80 rupees plus addition service charge rs 10 added in every item.. 2 plate of paratas and 2 cups of tea cost rs 200 and addition rs 40 service charge in every item,, total bill is rs. 240. Very high price.Also 1 ltr water bottle cost Rs 25 which is more than its MRP price.
