Excellent property, food and well behaved staff. The only problem we faced was with the toilet. Not maintained properly. |Otherwise, the view is exceptional. Quiet place where you can really relax.|Food was very good. |One can find variety of birds in the area. Recommend the bird watchers to carry their camera.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel, as I believe it is important for you to be aware of our experience. Firstly, I would like to mention that while the view from our room was beautiful, the overall service was extremely disappointing. The complimentary breakfast was inadequate, with a lack of sufficient food options and an insufficient number of plates. Additionally, the behavior of the staff left much to be desired. We were particularly frustrated by the room service policy, which does not allow dining in the room. This was especially inconvenient for us, as we had a child and it was quite cold outside. It was disappointing to have to eat our meals outside of our room, especially given the weather conditions. Moreover, the prices for food items were excessively high, and we were not permitted to bring food from outside into the hotel, which felt quite restrictive. Lastly, we encountered issues with internet connectivity, which was not up to standard and added to our frustrations during our stay.

Too remote for senior citizens.We stayed in a superior tent.Location is beautiful but on first impression reception is very shabby.Tent amenities are good, although bathroom could do with more hooks and a clear plastic bucket . don't go on weekdays as there is no entertainment unless the resort is full. Breakfast spread was very limited for the price. I have stayed in more remote places with same rates and much better breakfast variety, first two days of our stay the lunch and dinner quality was poor possibly due to a temporary or makeshift cook. There is another equally good resort nearby with much better breakfast and approach roads.

The general attitude of the people at the resort was very unfriendly and completely callous. The food or whatever was available was tasteless and unappetizing. The place had no basic comfort and one felt that "staying with nature" was just a polite euphemism for lack of facilities.|Overall an eminently forgettable experience.

A lovely resort situated at the foothills of Khairabera Dam, providing a peaceful and tranquil environment that enhances the guest experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with ideal weather conditions. The proximity of the reservoir, which lies adjacent to the resort, adds to its charm. We had the pleasure of enjoying snacks and tea by the water's edge while taking in the stunning sunset. As night fell and temperatures dropped, we had the opportunity to savor a well-organized barbecue, which was a delightful addition to our evening. The resort also features a variety of birds, including three emus, which appeared to be in need of some care. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that beautifully combined nature and relaxation.

This place is soo disgusting there's no waiter to serve food. we went there on the occasion of holi and they didn't allow us to play holi, and if anyone over there thinks that place is good and there is any viewing spot then your are gonna regret very much. In this very hot area they are holding a buffet in their ground.... There is not reception where we can sit and have a talk with the manager. I would suggest all the people to not choose this resort. There are more beautiful and good resorts in purulia but and those ruch more saver than this one....this resort is just for name theres nothing good or to enjoy.

Me and my family went for a weekend getaway to Purulia recently and we stayed at the ECO Adventure Resort, Khairabera for 3D/2N in the Superior tent. The experience was amazing. Great hospitality, very cordial staff and the ambience was really nice. As for the rooms, the tents are fully equipped with all amenities and it was extremely comfortable. Staying in a tent in the middle of nature overlooking the great Ayodhya hills and a serene lake was absolutely charming. Food was good and the resort staff were very friendly. I would like to specifically mention about Subho, the manager of the resort who took real good care of us and a cheerful person. Overall a great experience and by far the best resort at Purulia if you want to stay in the midst of nature and enjoy the calmness, highly recommended.

We visited the resort with our family members, but unfortunately had a terrible experience. Some staff members exhibited extremely rude behavior. It felt as if we were entering the premises for free, rather than being paying customers. We ordered two portions of chicken hakka noodles, but only received one and were told that the quantity was equivalent to two servings. The bill amounted to a shocking 718 rupees. I strongly suggest that you prioritize hospitality and avoid treating people based on their cultural backgrounds. The resort is located in Purulia, a geographically vibrant district, but it seems that local residents aren't being treated with the respect they deserve.
