Most worst hotel in Katwa, high charge, not clean, without hot water, pathetic room service. Room tariff should be 600/- to 700/- depending overall quality. But they will charge you 1120/-. Not recommended.

Location wise, pocket friendly hotel at Katwa. All staff behaviour are very friendly including owner. Cash payment, online payment, UPI payment all are available. Also food quality & price are reasonable.

I don't know how the room and services are but it can say that it's quite clean place and the front desk behaviour is also good. They are placed on road and i think they have a higher rate of footfall so they must be more careful about security. I visited there at the time of Famous "Kartik Lorai" so at that time they charge a bit high price. Otherwise anyone can go through the web hotel booking sites to check the prices and ratings. And can avail a discount too if fortunate.

Staffs are well behaved, rooms are well maintained and more specifically they care for guests privacy. Overall a good stay. The ambiance and privacy.

Rooms are very clean ..and room service was very good .. Food quality are also very good .. If i come again to katwa i wl stay hr because of every body behaviour.. Thanks to everybody of Utsav inn Katwa

If you want to stay at KATWA just like your home must stay at UTSAV INN. Room service, room quality and the staffs manner is too good. Near the katwa railway station.

I had a great experience at this hotel.The rooms are very clean and comfortable.staffs are amazing.we enjoyed our stay.

Not so satisfied with the hotel services. 1. We were not provided the hot water services. 2. We were not provided the t.v. 3. We were not offered the morning tea. 4. We were not given the soap, shampoo etc.
