Palette - The Grand Aryans Hotel

The Hotel is New and the Etiquette are not well maintained. The members are humble though but they are still very nerd and don't match the standard of a hotel likewise! Rooms are Spacious but not Sanitized well and There is a havoc missing of Cleanliness issues. Specially do not use Room 1014, 1013... The bedsheets are not clean. But for a quick temporary stay, it is just an Okay!

Best stay in Kalyani. The room service, food and staff behavior is upto the mark. If any one planning for Kalyani then this is the best place to stay.

I attended a working lunch in their party hall. The seating was good with cushioned chairs. Yhe food was served fresh but it was not served hot. The place is clean and hygienic. A small problem that i think is worth mentioning here is, that there are only two washrooms for the convenience of the guests. And they are placed at the entry. The washbasins are also not clean and they dont even have looking glass in the washrooms or above the washbasins which i think is a bit too downmarket. They can improve on these things, rest the experience was fine.

New hotel adjacent to the Kalyani stadium. The facade is unwelcoming with an open drain and broken shop fronts. Even the hotel security person was more suspicious than cooperative. No organized parking area, only roadside parking. The rooms are large but sparsely furnished. Both rooms and bathrooms need better attention to cleaning and amenities. The inexperience of the service staff is very apparent.

Visited the place to attend a marriage ceremony, spacious, clean, newly built, nice facility to arrange a ceremony.

So, we booked around 15 rooms for my wedding to provide a place to the Baraati. Mr. Sumanta Banerjee was very accomodative until the room booking. However there was a miscommunication regarding the predecided meals for our guests. As the guests were staying over for one night, we opted for complimentary breakfast on the day of their check-out. Turns out they had arranged for the breakfast on the day of check-in (despite of us telling them that the guests will arrive post breakfast) and was not ready to accomodate for a breakfast on the day of check-out. I called Mr. Sumanta and he wasn't ready to accomodate either. They seemed pretty calmed down and accomodative when I asked them to serve what was available and we are gonna pay for it. Coincidentally, the only other chaotic vendor for my wedding was the travellers we booked, with their reference. Although our guests didn't face any challenges and were satisfied, these gaps were uncalled for. If you are pre-booking the rooms, have every minute details in writing. They seem to forget at times.

We booked them via oyo even on advanced payment but they forcefully refused to give us the room and canceled our booking when we reached at their place. Not recommended at all.

Best place in Kalyani for Couples. Cooperative and understanding staff.
