Tottally bad experience...We went for dinner... Ordered chicken biriyani.. they served rotten chicken pieces.. may be 3-4 days back chicken... When I called the service person to smell it... He smelled it and genlty took it back and bring another chicken piece .. . O my good neas that also same rotton once... As we are little busy left the food and pay the full bill for taking poison... ... Zomato sweegy also take ordee from them... Chiii chiii

A nightmare experience. Ordered veg fried rice & matar paneer. Rice was soaked in extra ajinomoto matar paneer gravy seems 3 days old. Somehow filled the stomach. *Overall Horrible experience.*

I ordered 2 mutton dam biriani via swiggy but hotel sent one biriani only

The taste of the food was not very good. It seems that the chicken was only served in the gravy, the vegetables in the fried rice were raw, and the service was not very good. The service people were just leaving the food on the table.

Needs lots of improvements in terms of room quality and services.. Fare is too high according to room. Overall experience bad. I booked a ac room but the ac was not working.. I informed them but they had not taken any step.. No wifi...Food is also bad.. I ordered chili chicken and fried rice. The rice was not properly cooked. And the chicken was tasteless..

1. Nearby kalyani railway station. 2. The staffs are good. 3. Rooms price Non-AC (700) & AC (1200). 4. Rooms are not too good. 5. The food at the restaurant is not good at all. 6. There are always mosquitoes in the dining area and rooms here. 7. There is a lack of cleanliness, 8. The blankets, bed sheets and pillow covers in the room were not clean, it looked like they were used and all the sheets and covers looked very old. 9. If the hotel maintains its food and the cleanliness of the entire hotel then it can become a very good hotel.
