Dhakeswari Palace

Rooms were ok. Geyser was not working on most of the rooms. Room service 1/5. My stay was for 5 days and they didn't change the bedsheet even after complaining everyday. Staffs are rude. They will talk to you like they are doing a favour on you. Hotel location is good. Everything is available nearby.

Dhakeswari Palace is amazing. The food is super tasty, and there are so many yummy dishes to choose from. The Drums of Heaven and Mutton Duckbunglow -they're cooked perfectly and taste delicious. The staff at Dhakeswari Palace are really friendly and helpful. They make sure you have everything you need and are always ready to recommend dishes or help with any special requests. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with nice decorations and comfortable seating. Overall, Dhakeswari Palace is the best place to eat in Bardhaman. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

We recently had dinner here. The staff were very nice. Unfortunately, biryani was not available. After arriving, we checked Google reviews about the food and noticed that most were negative. Therefore, we decided to stick to regular items: sweet corn soup, chicken tikka kabab, fish tikka, mutton kosha, Golbari mutton, chicken bharta, kima naan,garlic naan, and butter naan. Thankfully, all these dishes turned out to be quite delicious. Note : My other two labmates ordered different items from the menu: Kashmiri Pulao and Afghani Chicken. Unfortunately, those dishes were not good.

My experience is not so good. But the behavior of the old staff is good. Food delivery time is very late. Food quality is fair but not great. First of all, there are no mocktails, no ice cream. And 2nd they couldn't arrange to supply the biryani then.
