My wedding day was ruined by the hotel's appalling management and services, leaving me with unforgettable disappointment and frustration. The hotel's owner was all smiles and sweet talk before the event, but the reality was a disaster. The wedding program was poorly managed, with delays, disorganization, and a complete lack of coordination. The food was an insult - unappetizing, overcooked, and served with a lack of attention to detail. The owner's incompetence was evident in every aspect of the event. It was clear that they had no experience in managing large-scale weddings. The staff seemed clueless, and the overall experience was a nightmare. Do not waste your valuable day and hard-earned money on this hotel. Their promises are empty, and their services are a letdown. Look elsewhere for a reputable and competent venue that can deliver on their promises. Your special day deserves better.

I recently had the misfortune of hosting my reception party at Akshara Regency on 27th Nov 2024, and I must say it was a disaster. Despite their promises, the hotel's management failed to deliver on even the most basic aspects. From the initial planning stages to the actual event, the hotel's staff seemed completely disorganized. The food served at the reception was a major letdown. The quality was subpar, and many of our guests complained about the taste and presentation. For a hotel that claims to have a reputable catering service, this was unacceptable. Overall, our experience with Akshara Regency was extremely disappointing. Their mismanagement, understaffing, and poor food quality made what was supposed to be a joyous celebration a stressful and frustrating experience.

A budget hotel but trying to market as a premium hotel. The only best point is its location , on the main road just 1 km away from AIIMS. But the tariff they charge does not match with service. 1. No elevator as the property is G+2, so you need to climb stairs carrying luggage if the bell boy is not there. 2. Rooms are not maintained , having cobwebs ( picture is shared) with non-functional faucets. 3. Limited food options with average taste of served food- roti, bhurji, chicken lollypop 4. Breakfast has no option other than maida made poori and masala soaked sabji and omlette/ poach 5. Check out at the billing counter is time consuming with the confused front desk team. Until very urgent and non availability of options, don't opt for this property.

I would like to share my experience at akshara regency, it was amazing experience, great ambience and huge car parking area,really good hospitality, the room are pretty clean, i stay here 7 days, and the hotel staff behaviour is so good, and there are very helpfully,food are very taste.

I was visit in wedding party seriously I would like to say that in Akshara rejency all staff are very nice they made to feel us like a home there servers there believer there talking level it's like a as well as 5 star hotel and also there food quality is very testi I love it all the things.
