Hotel Mahal and Restaurant

Service staff were really professional, and quite helpful, and polite in their demeanor! The menu has a decent variety of cuisines, and the dishes are quite good. The interior of the dining area can surely improve a bit; but overall, it was a pleasant dining experience! Would definitely recommend it for a family-friendly outing! (I did not rate rooms, because we came only to dine, and not to stay.)

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was unkempt, the blankets were unwashed from a very long time, had stains on them, the bed was not cleaned there was hair on it, The floors had dirt on them The window was sealed shut with no ventilation They charged us for complimentary water (charged double) And the security kept trying to come inside the room!!! No concept of privacy. If I could give less than 1 star I would. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

The place is quite good,but the price of the food is high as compared to quantity.And also the quality is not so good.

Hotel management was awful. Behavior was not good at all . They don't provide basic facilities of drinking water you have to buy water bottles . Food is very costly but the most important behavior of staff is not good at all . I felt humiliated.

Very good hotel staff are also good nice place... Rooms are very nice and clean food is also good quality and very tasty ... I would like to go again....

It is a very good hotel for staying. Rooms are very clean and tidy and the bathrooms are good too. Also the fare of AC rooms is also affordable. Staff behaviour is very good. A must recommended for accomodation.
