The Scarlett Homestay

Visited Kalimpong in March 2025. I enjoyed it so much that I would definitely visit it again especially because of the homeliness, the care and wonderful experience at the Scarlett Homestay. These energetic people showed professionalism and were helpful and attending to our needs and requests in no time. Very sociable and caring. Better than a hotel as they tend to your individual needs. We had 2 kids with us and they loved the homemade food made with love and care. All meals are included in package from breakfast to dinner, including evening snacks. The owners Mr. And Mrs. Pradhan are two beautiful human beings who will make your stay memorable at this homestay.

Peaceful and quite place, with great view. I love this place and recommend visit again... Aunty's caring and mouth watering food will never be forgotten. Uncle is an excellent host and always available for required support. I want to come here again and again....

I recently stayed at The Scarlet Home for 2 nights and had an exceptional experience. The uncle & aunty seamless, very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop view of kanchanjunga & which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast , launch & dinner buffet was very much impressive. I would highly recommend this home stay to anyone looking for relaxing stay & with budget friendly rooms .

A Home stay with beautiful rooms and amenities with attached bathroom facility with gizar. Food cooked by Auntie is delicious. Got dining experience on open roof balcony cum common space, which is great. Added adventure is acces to rooftop, if you ate lucky you may see Kanchanjanga from rooftop. Additionally you will get the actual feel of a home stay, where the house is maintained by the Uncle and Aunty. Not like other home stay where hotels are tagged as Home Stay.

A Truly Amazing Experience - Home Away from Home. Our stay at Suresh Ji's place was nothing short of exceptional. Both Suresh Ji and his wife are incredibly polite, humble, and welcoming. Their hospitality is remarkable, always accompanied by warm smiles and impeccable service. Meals are served on time with utmost care, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. This is a perfect place to stay if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and heartwarming hospitality. Highly recommended!

Great rooms with great hospitality and great service. Located in a great position with the view of Kangchenjunga and other peaks. Very much affordable in price , the food is the best part . If you are planning for a trip to kalimpong do check out "The Scarlett Homestay".

What to write and what not to write . It was such a homely feeling staying at the Scarlett Homestay in Kalimpong . Beautiful Rooms , Clean & Tidy , Wonderful mouth watering Food from Aunty and Energetic Innocent Smile of Uncle made our days at Scarlett . Super Duper Delicious Food being prepared by Auunty and Served Hot on the Table. There were so many items in the Menu everyday ( Wether Breakfast , Lunch or Dinner ) .
