Sterling Park Kalimpong

We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and Smriti stood out with her exceptional support and warm hospitality--she made everything so easy and pleasant for us. Thanks to her and the team, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay.

This is a wonderful property of sterling Resort. The main attraction of this resort is its " All responsible staff " of this resort. Front desk as well as rear desk staff. Specially Priyanka of front desk/ Reception is superb . She use to taking care of all the guest. By mistake I left my few articles inside the bed room. After arriving in my home I realize it and phoned her. Instantaneously. she takes the action and send my belonging without delay. I had never seen such a responsible and pro active lady. Not only that she is well behaved, gentle, helpful too. And I feel in this type orgnisation Front Desk people should be like Priyanka in this type organization.

Absolutely loved the sterling park Kalimpong. The best part of the stay was the ever smiling staff. So kind. So nice and hospitable. I was travelling with a toddler and it was sometimes becoming a task to keep her entertained. But they helped me so much. Giving her some toys, giving her biscuits whenever she felt hungry at odd hours of the day. They even gave us their copies and pens for my daughter to scribble on. The property is beautiful. It's full of beautiful plants and trees and such colourful flowers. I couldn't stop taking photos. They even arranged cabs for us at very subsidised rates when we wanted to go about the city visiting some cafe or the local market. Smriti and Tika in the kitchen were a delight. Always helping. Never saying no. |Food was good but that's the only place I think they could improve a bit. |Thanks to Sterling Park, Kalimpong my 3 year old daughter will always have great memories of Kalimpong. |Highly recommend this place guys.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and quite clean but could use some detailing and scrubbing. The bed was comfy and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious Indian fair. Smriti provided excellent and polite table service in the dining area. All around good stay.

Had an amazing time here, the staff was really good, really helpful, I would like to thank miss priyanka for making our stay so fun filled and for making it relaxing and comfortable. I really recommend this to everyone great property and ambience. And food was also top tier

We had an amazing stay at this property. I was travelling with my in laws and my daughter. We booked the Maharaja Dinajpur Suite. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The entire property gives a feel of rich mystic of the yore. Breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the property. Service was amazing. Special mention to Smriti for her warm hospitality. Priyanka at the reception was warm and supportive. Food was delicious. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful British Era building, we loved our stay. The staff are very helpful & accommodating. We had a few requirements & they professionally fulfilled it all. They arrange prompt taxi service. Can improve on the ala-carte menu..

First of all, Mr. Amit helped us to get all the rooms collocated adjacent to the observatory area, which really helped to manage the kids. We were a group of 12 people and all of us enjoyed the stay. The staffs were amazing, very helpful and must mention Ms. Smriti who has helped us during our buffets, be it managing the kids with their choices or suggesting drinks to us or the special suggestions on cocktails . Thanks a lot for making our 2 night stay feel like home. Would always choose and recommend Friends as well to stay here. Very courteous staff. Just one suggestion regarding the power availability which sometimes make it difficult to get hot water for bath, but the genset is there as backup when requested and informed. I had no issues at all.
