Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hospitality and service were exceptional from start to finish. Special thanks to Neeta, Kushang, Sohil, Ashu, and Kundan for their warm and attentive care--they truly made our stay memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff went the extra mile with personalized service and helpful recommendations. Wish we stayed longer. I had visited Kalimpong for holiday tour with my family a few days ago and stayed at Hotel Mount Polaris. We had a beautiful experience staying there. The officials were very cordial and always on toes to help. Rooms were cosy with great view of Kanchanjungha mountain. Their restaurant/dining place is well furnished with modern accessories and food served was exceptionally good. "Highly Recommendable"

The Mount Polaris Suites in Kalimpong is wonderful property. With big spacious rooms, a roof top restaurant which offers sumptuous food and breathtaking views of the mountains- it had it all. We had a wonderful time staying in the hotel during our vacation. A special shout out to Neeta, Chef Kundan for the excellent hospitality. Everyone in the staff made our stay very comfortable and nice.

It wasn't clean hotel. I had issues with the rooms. Found cockroaches in the room. When we checked in room wasn't ready. There were no towels no napkins no door Matt nothing was provided. Since there no elevator we asked for lower level room which wasn't provided my mom had to struggle with the steps. Worst was the charge of the spirit cold drink that I ordered I had to 234 for one medium size of bottle of spirit was insane the price. Over all the experience wasn't good.

Mount Polaris is a great choice in my Trip. Spacious rooms with good view of the valley and mountains. Received good support from the Front office staffs for the stay and local tour guidance. Food is very good, breakfast got good options for South Indian, the restaurant staffs and the Chef were very co-operative in meeting our needs with two little kids.
