Lovely home-stay with friendly staff. We took a family room with 1 queen size bed & 1 single bed. Spacious Clean rooms, basic amenities provided, nice food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

A must-visit! The most relaxing place with exceptional hospitality. To my surprise, I was served delicious homemade Jain food at this location, making the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

The only thing which we liked most in our Kalimpong trip was right decision to choose our stay at Mission Valley. First of all i must say we were overwhelmed with owner's behaviour. caring , supportive and a personal touch is what every customer seeks and he is much more than this. His home stay looks like her dream, beautiful and truly resembles his hard work. We just love our stay and food was also nice .

I went to Kalimpong again and stayed in a heavenly abode in Kalimpong 'Mission Valley' ( 30th Mar,2025). They call it homestay but its not less than any luxury hotel I am so surprised to see property is maintained so well, as it looks like same as I had found this three years before. It seems everything very new, time has passed but the freshness remains same in every corner of the property. Rooms and other descriptions I had given before in my first review, posted 3 years back, so dont want to repeat. But if you want to stay away from husty busty city life , want to spend few days peacefully in home away home location, get incredible hospitality from amazing Tamang couple, want to have homely cooked tasty food, then you must visit this place atleast once in your life time. Take a chance, I can assure you will become repeat visitor to Mission Valley. ======================================= Below is my old post, posted 3 years before ============================== I went to kalimpong with my big family , 8 people all together , to ensure everything went well , I had been interacting with Mr Yakub Tamang long back before my actual travel date, so I had quite good impression about Mr Tamang before I reached there as Tamang is so polite and he was ready for car arrangement for my entire trip (covering few other places) was indeed a great help. But still I was lilttle unsure about the property until I reached there. Once I reached there ( Mission Valley Kalimpong Home Stay) I was litterally so surprised , starting from santization process once we arrived to warm greetings while we departed... whole journey kept me mesmerized for entire two days (6th Dec- 8th Dec 2021) , my stayed at Tamang's hotel flown away so quickly. This is truely a stay at home indeed, heavenly location and hospitality... excellent food... amazingly decorated rooms... wonderful service. Rooms are very well kept clean ,spacious and airy. Home made foods cooked by Mrs Tamang was really great , tasty and ultimate winner.. The owner Mr yakub Tamang and his wife , his staffs all are amazing people and hosts.. they take care of the guests in the maximum possible ways to ensure prime comfort.. I recommend people to come and stay here,you will return with pure bliss for sure.
