Hotel Paradiso

Had an awesome stay at this place! Owner and her full team was very helpful. Location of this place is the most amazing! We had nice breakfast and lunch out on the terrace , enjoying the view of the mountains. We were lucky enough to see the Kanchenjunga during the sunrise, one day.

A good hotel near Durpin Monestry. Specious, neat and clean room with 24 x 7 geysers. We stayed in a window view room. The view from the window and common balcony was mesmerizing. Yes, Kanchaunjangha was visible. The staffs are well mannered. Food was good too. They provided complementary breakfast. The hotel is located slightly behind the main road but it provides value for money.

Location is great, view is great. Food is very good. Service is also good in general. Some friendly criticism: 1) Some rooms have old geyser which is slow in heating water. Otherwise very good. 2) we were bit taken aback to find 1st floor customers (room 101) having fun in balcony of 3rd floor (room 106) which we paid for. 3) Service can improve a little bit regarding the basic need of customers like availability of drinking water even if customer forgets to ask for it. And tea & food when ordered are expected to be brought right to the table inside the room. On one instance on the morning of check-out one waiter stubbornly stood at the door with the tea forcing us to receive it from his hands instead of bringing it to the table inside. Its a very small thing but has the power to negatively affect the customer experience. We still tipped the waiter on good faith. We wish more success to the hotel and plan to visit again.

A perfect mid-budget hotel with a great view and cordial hospitality makes it a perfect choice for family vacations. Been there for one night in the second week of Dec-2024 with my family and it was really a nice, serene and cozy atmosphere all around. The restaurant offers a very homely taste with minimal spices of all foods we tried. The only con to the hotel is its distant location from the town center and the steep entrance which the hotel is no way responsible for. To handle these challenges the hotel stuffs were very eager and helped a lot in arranging the transport at a very reasonable rates. Wish them all the success in the venture and will certainly recommend for future stays. P.S: if anyone is planning to stay in here don't miss the opportunity to look at the valley and the mountains from it's rooftops at different times of day. It is mesmerizing indeed !!!

I had a great stay here. Nice view of the entire Kalimpong city. The rooms are clean and cozy. Wifi was great no problem in doing some work if needed. The owner and staff are well behaved.

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting again!

Out of 10 hotels at Kalimpong, Hotel Paradiso is one the best of them ....Paradiso's staffs are so good , their behaviour, service are too good. After all their hospitality are awasms... they know how to respect their guest... overall hotel Paradiso is best ..... If I will give the review marks of hotel Paradiso, then I will give 20 out of 10...

This place is just the best place who loves peace, and also can enjoy the best view and locality with just a 10min distance from the main market place . The night life is the best as well as the 360 degree view that it provides of Darjeeling Sikkim Nathula Lava and Rishyop ! A very calm yet beautiful neighbourhood it has ! To be precise And the whole campus or the boundary . Do visit this place . Highly recommended
