*2/5 Stars - Disappointing Stay* I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the view from my window was quite good, and the staff's behavior was pleasant, the rooms were extremely unclean and uncomfortable. The bedsheets were spotty, and the towels were wet, with dirt and hairs all over the room. It was clear that the housekeeping staff wasn't doing their job properly and not been monitored. To make matters worse, there was no room service available, which was a major inconvenience. Whenever I asked for a towel or quilt cover, I was told that everything was at the laundry, and I never received a satisfactory response. The room was also infested with mosquitoes, making it difficult to relax. Despite the pleasant staff, the overall experience was marred by the poor condition of the rooms. On a positive note, the restaurant was good, and the service was okay. However, it's worth noting that customers were smoking and drinking in the restaurant, which seemed to be a bar-cum-restaurant. *Key Issues:* - Extremely unclean rooms - No room service - Poor housekeeping - Mosquito infestation - Dirty linens and towels *Positive Aspects:* - Good view from the window - Pleasant staff behavior - Decent restaurant *Overall Experience:* While the hotel had some redeeming qualities, the poor condition of the rooms and lack of proper service made it difficult to enjoy my stay. With some improvements in housekeeping and room service, this hotel could potentially offer a much better experience.

Best quality food and service rooms are also good

This is for the restaurant. Recently we had a class reunion in this restaurant, I am quite happy with the service and food provided. The price was fair and the food was good compared to many other eateries in Kalimpong, the seating arrangement was also cozy and we could relax as a group of 8 people. I recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner for the family or group. A happy customer.

Terrible experience in resturant!!!! People are allowed to smoke randomly and both the people and hotel workers are least bothered about other customer's comfort... How can smoking be allowed inside a restaurant? However food quality was good but curry and dal was veryyyy less not worth the price.

Room are dirty no Room service no properly management

Too dirty to stay. Restaurant is okay but rooms are extremely unclean and there was no room service. They served spotty bedsheets and wet towels. There were dirt and hairs all over the room. But the view from my window was quite good and the staffs' behaviors were also pleasant.

Worst Management ever slowest service and poor staff management AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Don't EVER go to this restaurant if you're planning to dine out. First of all they don't have half the dishes mentioned in their menu! Secondly, they tell you that they can serve you only after they finish serving the other table. Then they take over 1.5 hrs to get your food ready. And the waitresses there have such an attitude!!! If there was an option to not give even one star, I would. Bad bad bad disgusting service
