Hotel Garden Reach

This hotel is highly suitable for families. We recommend a this stay, don't just judge by the 2-star rating or other platform reviews. Our two-night stay was exceptional. All rooms are spacious, with rooms 415 and 414 offering particularly desirable views. Ventilation was adequate, and we experienced no water supply or other service issues. The staff were courteous and professional. Food is also great. Please note: The reception is located on the third floor, with the restaurant and garden two floors below. While there is no elevator, lunch may be served in guests' rooms, so no issues.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Garden Reach, Kalimpong. Everything was perfect starting from the stay, food, room service, house keeping. It was home away from home and hospitality was excellent. Looking forward to come here again. I fully recommend others to come and have the wonderful experience.

Very nice family hotel, rooms are very cozy. Food is very tasty and feels like home made food. Hotel owner Mrs Mamta and entire staff is very polite, giving personal attention to guest needs. Small garden gives relaxing vibes for all age groups including kids to senior citizens.

On google, it is showing 2 stars, but the hotel is nothing less than 4 star hotels with good facilities, spacious room, well behaved staff , very kind hearted owner and hotel manager . Mr Sandip Das(hotel manager) and Ms. Mamata Pradhan(hotel owner) is very co-operative and welcoming. Hotel staff is so friendly and kind too. On arrival, they showed us each room personally and gave time to select the room. MAMATA PRADHAN OWNER Mam and MR. SANDIP DAS HOTEL MANAGER sir are very good and gave information about sightseeing possible nearby.We are 7 people staying for 2 nights and on arrival only we feel friendly and very good with the hotel service.Hotel also have wifi and all required hitech facility like hot water, internet etc.

Hotel Garden Reach, Upper Cart Road, Kalimpong is a delightful stay..Their Hospitality is delightful, staffs are extremely cooperative and efficient, they maintain proper communication with the guests. Something that needs special attention is the view from the hotel, the mighty mountains enveloped in clouds, the broad sky and the evergreen alpine trees surrounding gives a treat to the eyes and a releif from the urban monotony. Local sight seeings are quite near the hotel, that makes an easy visit. Hotel Garden Reach is highly recommended, if one is planning to visit Kalimpong, the stay at this property will not only enrich your trip but also fill in your memory with beautiful sights of the serene nature..

It is a gem of a hotel in Kalimpong. Stayed here in a double bed room having an awesome view of the mountains, during mid April'25 for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was big and suitably decorated and well appointed. Had a huge glass window for a mesmerizing view of the Darjeeling hills and garden beneath. Room and attached bathroom was clean. All fixtures including Geyser and Electric kettle worked perfectly. The hotel is run by the owners family themselves. They really put extra effort to make our stay comfortable and memorable. However odd our requests were, they tried their best to accommodate always with a smile. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The restaurant is located in the lower level and also has entrance to the garden. It has ample sitting room. The staff provided personal attention to all persons dining and always went extra mile to make the dining experience better. Food was good almost homelike, especially the Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet spread was limited but enough to start a day with positive energy. The garden outside is ideal for spending time having tea soaking in the sun and the view in front. It has a swing and slide for the kids. The garden reach hotel is situated in the upper cart road and 1 KM away from the main market in a perfect location. Parking is also available inside the property or on the road outside. Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 1 night . Staff was nice. Room was spacious and clean. Heater provided was not much effective though. Location is on outskirts of the market so away from chaos but still accessible easily.
