Great location, Beautiful property, clean and neat rooms. Specious and airy rooms. Manager mr. Shiva is a smart humble person. He navigated my driver on phone for location . Staff is very kind and helpful. Mr Avash was also helpful. I don't remember the ladies staff name who carried our luggage till parking. Everything about this resort is too nice too soothing, too refreshing. After our hectic Sikkim tour Delo was a perfect place to relax and retreat. Kudos to each and everyone involved in making our experience memorable.

Superb exprience. Staffs are extremly helpful, nice service. Rooms are spacious. You can get the view of mountains and tessta river from balcony. Dinning setting quite great. One thing which I like to say - try to change the breakfast menu. We got bored of having nearly the breakfast buffet menu.

Perfect Mountain Escape! Delo Retreat is a hidden gem in Kalimpong! Stunning views, cozy rooms, and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The staff was exceptional, the food delicious, and the evening bonfire was magical. A must-visit for a peaceful getaway! Highly recommended!

The great hotel.One of the best in kalimpong with mountain view . Even the staff are very friendly and helpful they never hesitate to serve us the best and they are professional.. Loved the location best for relaxing with the best weather,the kanchanjanga view,surrounded by the serenity, beautiful flora and fauna,the foods are delicious and fantastic...overall loved the experience must visit again and highly recommend..

This is a review based on our personal experience at the hotel during our two days stay. It was a mixed experience for us. Bifurcating on below points: 1) Location: 5/5 2) Rooms: 4/5 3) Service:2/5 4) Food:1/5 Summarising We stayed at the hotel for two days. We were welcomed heartily well by the staffs. The location of the hotel is great. The hotel offers quiet and relaxing place. The staffs were great. Rooms were clean and tidy. Recommendations: If you are visiting with your family and looking for a single day stay then it's a great option. Otherwise, better look for other options. You will be served same breakfast everyday. Food is the biggest concern. Chicken Kosha, Chicken Kadhai all are same. You will not get Chicken Momo at 8pm, although timings for kitchen are not mentioned in the menu. Rather there is no hardcopy menu. You will be getting a two page print out of the menu. Although the premises looks good and the people were courteous and friendly. The hotel management needs to look into food, service timing and staff management and training. All the best to Delo Retreat for their prosperity. Hope they will look into the gaps.

The location was great.. property was good. But whatever amenities are mentioned, you will not get most of them available. Hotel manager says...it has been posted by Booking.com. we booked through Booking.com. Now I don't know who has mentioned all the fake services and amenities.
