The service was extremely poor, with no communication between the staff and guests. Basic amenities were missing--water wasn't even provided during meals and in room, and requests were either ignored or delayed. The rooms were poorly maintained, with no cleanliness. Dirty toilet, insects cockroach flying in room. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Would not recommend at all

I recently stayed at this property expecting a cozy homestay experience as advertised, but it turned out to be just another hotel with food service--far from the warm hospitality they claim to offer. The rooms were poorly maintained, with non-functional TVs and a general lack of cleanliness. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Would not recommend!

Service was very poor. Geyser was not working and was not even fixed after repeated requests. Rooms had spider webs and dust. Food experience was poor as well. Strongly recommend anyone NOT to choose this homestay.

Not recommended due to significant service issues. Initially, we were offered a poorly maintained room, which we had to request to change. Basic amenities were missing--no water was provided until asked. While the two staff members present were polite and well-mannered, they lacked proper training and service experience. Guests were required to repeatedly ask for even basic needs, which detracted from the overall experience.

The bedsheets were very bad . They had bad odour . The geyser was not working . The room was full of spiders and food was worst . Manager talked to us very harshly . I recommend everyone NOT to choose this homestay

They are cheating with online booking...! They are uploading another private property photo and showing that this photo is the part of his property. And if you are questioning they misbehave with you. In package they serve worst food to you... That is not eatable.

Very bad service and maintenance.Kitchen condition is really unhygienic.Not recommend at all.
