Aroma Homestay Kalimpong

Its was unfortunate that we couldn't complete our 2 days stay at this beautiful property at a scenic but isolated location. The host were cordial but being aged it seemed they were overwhelmed by our large team of 8. When we arrived in the afternoon we were pretty excited with the view and location. Soon that faded away as the wind died down and the insects came out. Neither could we stay in our rooms due to the excessive heat ( no fans in any rooms) and neither could we seat outside due to the flood of insects. Somehow we spent the night and moved out to a hotel in the Kalimpong city. The entire group was extremely traumatized from the experience. Despite the cordial hosts and great views our experience was really on the poor side. Hope others are able to enjoy their stay and the agents and hosts work together on the shortcomings. The rooms need better maintenance and pest management should be top priority. Also making available of fans should be done given the rise is temperatures even in these hilly areas.

I recommend everyone to come and stay here. The rooms are really nice and cozy. Their behaviour is also pleasing. The foods were also tasty and lite. Overall the experience was soo good!..the best part is the view from room and balcony A big thumbs up for them... highly recommended

We stayed there for 3n , me and my wife, and we were mesmerized, so near to kalimpong town yet so serene and calm and isolated, we just enjoyed the place. The hosts, binod ji and his wife, they were more than hosts, we felt that we have visited some relative's home who r long known 2 us. Surprise is the food. Didi is a gem of a cook, c can do wonders with simple vej we have on regular basis . Overall, if u r looking something near 2 town yet isolated, it's for u.with greater food.
